Doug, a retired Sergeant of the US Army, was looking for a friendly, affectionate animal companion. Peter, a beautiful, outgoing cat who had come into the shelter as a stray, was looking for a forever home. Luckily, they found each other through the efforts of the Erie chapter of Pets for Vets.
Doug and Peter were the chapter’s very first match, and it’s clear that the two are truly made for each other. Doug loves that Peter is a lap cat. And Peter loves that Doug has a lap to snuggle in. What could be more perfect?
